You may want to make a rule that all verses cap at 2-A, since SMT has a few High 2-As and a Low 1-C, Digimon has three High 2-As and I think Elder Scrolls only has 1.

Capping at 2-A might make it more balanced.

SMT easily. They have way more high tier characters (the ones who have profiles are only a fraction).

Digimon is probably gonna be the first to go down, then. Since ENIAC is pretty much worthless as High 2-As go.

As for a battle between 2-As, they could do better. Magnamo, Ogudomo, Jesmo, Imperialdramo and Gallantmo all have pretty beefy hax like Fate Manipulation, Plot Manipulation, Immunity to attacks that involve any form of Malice, etc.

It doesn't matter. 2-As simply gets overwhelmed and swarmed by the SMT side. There is at least a couple dozen of 2-As there.
