Can I ask? Where the Omnipresent scene Polaris come from? Idk, but I don't see the scene since i played devil survivor 2.

I finished the Septentriones arc and that was never stated, so its probably either BS or they explain that Administrators are omnipresent in the Triangulum arc, or its from a guidebook

Omnipresence comes from the fact all administrators serve as the foundation of their world's existence, and are able to freely interact with the Akashic Records.

Being the "center of all that is" isn't omnipresence especially since its mostly talking about how Polaris controls all the data in the world. Interacting with the Akashic records is something septentriones can do, and Alcor isn't omnipresent

I also never said that manipulating the Akashic Records inherently grants omnipresence. I meant that having control over the Akashic Records corroborates an Administrator's oneness with reality. Regardless, Alcor explains that being the "foundation of the world" is literal in this context.

It can't even be used for supporting evidence. Alcor became the world by casting away his physical form, while Polaris still has a physical form, so she doesn't have omnipresence yet but can be

Incorrect. Alcor became the world by becoming an Administrator, hence why he says he'll become the "foundation of the world" even before assuming the Heavenly Throne.
The context of the game makes it explicitly clear that he doesn't need to be physical because he feels the universe has no need for an Administrator to actively watch over humanity. There's no evidence to suggest having a physical form as an Administrator negates their omnipresence.

Either the Polaris the characters fight is an avatar of the true omnipresent one, or that it manifests a physical form and is no longer omnipresent when in this physical state. I think the former is more logical since destroying Polaris doesn't just destroy the world

Both of your proposals are conjecture that are directly contradicted by the statement I just posted. Megami Tensei features omnipresent characters who have been killed, such as YHVH or Kagutsuchi as well.

You're just proving my point now. YHVH was literally dethroned as the God and was no longer omnipresent, and when he was omnipresent, he says that destroying him would be destroying the world. When Kagutsuchi died, everything was destroyed too, and time itself was gone. If Polaris was both omnipresent and had a physical avatar, why didn't Polaris just make another avatar when she was defeated?
