Most School-Live! characters are ordinary civilians with no stealth training. As they are regularly noticed when moving around infected, and their survival depends more on fighting, or fleeing than avoiding detection, then they should not have Stealth Mastery.
This is the list of affected characters.
However, characters like Kurumi, and Miki, who repeatedly move through infected-infested areas without being detected, demonstrate enough consistent feats to justify Stealth Mastery.
I would also like to propose the removal of a few abilities from the infected’s profiles due to lack of proper evidence. This change would apply to all infected profiles in the series that use the same justifications.
Enhanced Senses is not supported by any clear feats, as the infected do not demonstrate perception beyond what would be expected from basic awareness.
Stealth Mastery is the result of situational circumstances where human characters were distracted; basically not paying attention, rather than infected displaying any notable stealth capability.
Resistance to Fear Manipulation should also be removed. School-Live! is a semi-realistic setting, and no form of fear manipulation is ever used against the infected to justify listing this as a resistance.
