Shigaraki vs Sans

As much as I believe Tomura to be a far more interesting and well developing character, Sans shitstomps him via hax and Shigaraki's lack of range.

It depends, if Tomura gets to Sans, GG.

Sans takes this... I mean, Speed is Equalized and well Shigaraki's range is, more or less, close range or via Decay Touch while sans... has a whole lot of things in his pockets (Bones, Gaster Blaster, Teleportation, Soul Manipulation. Being a few of them).
Not only that, he also has the KARMA system to help him. Though we still don't know if Tomura ever did kill someone but assuming he did Sans got extra damage on him.
Even if the location of battle changes it wouldn't matter much as Sans has teleportation and Very fast reaction speedto the point of being able to avoid Chara's Attack even when asleep.(Dunno if Reaction Speed is included in Speed equalization, not that it matters much as Sans can just make sure Shigaraki stay at one place.)
Additionally, This is a situation where both meet for the first time so both have no idea what the other have. While Shigaraki would try and lure Sans in showing his cards or him finishing this early, Sans could just kill Shigaraki where he stand by making sure he wouldn't be able to escape the attack be it teleporting attacks to him, making sure he doesn't move at all(Soul Manipulation), or Gaster Blaster.
