What’s the AP? We’d likely have to axe the match if Shigaraki is high 6-B now
Shigaraki is now 33.44 Teratons vs Blackbeard scaling from 12.64 Teratons, why are you asking if he was High 6-B? You'd see that on the profile if he was.

Also, I'm still saying that using Complete Shigaraki right now is bad since he's already gotten blitz level speed amps in the newest chapter and the final battle's just started.

the deku calc being 100+ Teratons due to the x5 multiplier wasn’t sure if shigaraki scaled

Would 20% Deku vs Enel be doable?
2 MT vs 1.5+MT
Izuku can't hurt Enel.

Him being able to interact with Plasma like it's a solid, doesn't mean he can reach Enel's physical body like what Haki does.

He'd still just be hitting lightning and can't prevent him from regenerating either.

Why can Luffy make Enel not regenerate despite not having Haki? He’s not hitting his real body either. He just punched his lightning body with his rubber body and Enel couldn’t heal the damage.

That's how elemental superiority works in One Piece. They work on a hierarchy, Luffy's Gum Gum no Mi is the naturally occurring antithesis of Enel's Devil Fruit, same with how Akainu was able to kill Ace despite not using Buso at that time.

Wouldn’t that just explain why he could touch him or why Akainu could burn him, but not why they can’t heal? Without Haki, shouldn’t they just disperse into their element to heal anything after it hits them? And in that case, wouldn’t anything with NPI also have that superiority, just over all Logia’s by hitting them as if they weren’t their element?

In One Piece, Luffy having that type of Devil Fruit "nullifies" Enel's Devil Fruit. Similar to how water/moisture did the same to Crocodile and made him vulnerable to attacks.

Izuku isn't rubber so he's not ignoring anything, he's just interacting with his element body as if it was a solid.

So destroying or dispersing it wouldn't stop him from healing.

Edit: This is a bit of derail to this thread which should be closed, best to discuss this topic somewhere else.
