Since the missiles aren't really optional equipment but an inherent part of his glider, if you restrict them this can't be added to the profiles.

However, he's not the sort to completely spam them non stop (and they are likely limited as it is).

Weird. I thought that stuff with a separate tier can be restricted. The missile are High 8-C while Green Goblin and his other stuff are 8-C

• It is not fine to restrict abilities in a versus matchup, implicitly or expressly. Matches that are arranged this way should not be added to the character profiles, as they don't involve their full potential, and are only intended for casual entertainment. An exception would be if the restricted ability/technique has a separate tier from the main one, and is one the character can consciously restrict themselves from using. In this case, the match can be added. The match can also be added if Optional Equipments such as optional power-ups and items are restricted, or if the ability being restricted is indexed after a "Likely" or "Possibly" conditional.

Aight well I'm fairly certain Gob's the superior close range fighter in this scenario

Gob just takes it close range

His glider also helps him as well so it'd be a kinda two on one scenario

It's been so long I barely remember anything about She Ra I could take a minor look here

She can use her Earth Manip to make a barrier and proceed to heal herself

Adora has military training in close quarter combat but I guess the longer this battle goes the intelligence factor comes into play and Green goblins outskills her.
