Shouldn't Sharkboy and Mr. Electric scale to Lavagirl low 6-B?

I remember that Lavagirl fought Mr. Electric when he came back to whoop everyone's ass and only got defeated by the ice girl (who got her powers from the necklace from the dream planet)

And Sharkboy fought Mr Electric before, so its kinda of a circle around the three of them.
