He really cant do aything most of the time people find him hard to kill because he is always alive in some timeline. Yet Kindre can kill him in every single timeline in every universe at the same time leaving nothing left for him to return from. In other words, she wins. In fact Kindred looks like his perfect counter.

Kindred is 1: literally able to kill him anyways by just leaving the universe he's fate maniping and snipe and 2: not able to be killed or affected by Oracle for obvious reasons

If there's no proof of it having a range of several kilometers then you cannot argue that it does, its the same reason why Raven and Cinder only have a range of kilometers with storms while the rest of their abilities have hundreds of meters
