In "Shantae Advance: Risky's Revolution", Risky uses a machine that uses tectonic plates, that shakes the entire world and moves the entire continent. But in the end of the game she uses even more powerful weapon(the most powerful of all time), Tinkerworm. But Shantae destroys Tinkerworm in a fight. This feat makes Shantae stronger than Tinkerworm, which is stronger than Risky's tectonic machine, making Shantae from country to continent level(depends on the calc you'll make).

Alright, it works. I think this works, not sure exactly shaking the world would put Shantae in. But it should be reasonable to scale.

I think this feats depends on the size of Sequin Land.

Well if its shaking the entire world and we go by the assumption its just earth sized it should be low 6-B

It seems to me that the Tinkerworm isn't considered more powerful due to direct AP but due to the mobility it grants. "Why move the land... When I can travel UNDER IT!"
