"Like gang, what are we doing here?"

"Gotham City" Said Velma "Supposedly haunted by a flying spook named the Batman."

"We's bettter split up and search for clues." Said Fred. "Shaggy, Scooby, the Batman was last seen in that appandoned warehouse. You'd better go check it out."

"I don't suppose I get a say in this, do I?" Said Shaggy.

Shaggy and Scobby enter the Abandoned Wherehouse, completely missing the 'No Tresspasers' sign.

"You two aren't supposed to be here." Said Batman suddenly appearing behind the two.

"Zoinks, it's the Batman! Run Scoob!"

Both Shaggy and Scooby run in seperate directions. Batman chases Shaggy while Scooby escapes. Shaggy gets cornered and realizes he has to fight.

Cue fight.

Speed Equalized.

Post Crisis Batman.

Batman easily and i would argue that it's a stomp.

Greater combat skills, experience, intellect, arsenal and the fact that be an expert of psychological warfare (thanks of the many years of traumatize criminals) would be perfect again a coward like Shaggy, he would be played like a fiddle.

The only problem is that he is physically weaker than Shaggy, but he had won again physically superior fighters in the past like in the case of Bane, but other than that he definitally going to win this fight.

I know, but strength alone isn't going to win this fight.

Not when Batman had fight much stronger characters.
 
5x difference is the baseline to be unharmed by your opponent

Doesn't help that Bat's best fets come with prep, or that this is military Shaggy composited over Shaggy Instinct over the one who fought the Black Samurai
 
Did you guys even check shaggy's page.

He have powers, different of Batman, and he have a lot of them due to the nanite scooby snacks
 
Shaggy powers

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Sword Mastery and Marksmanship (Fought against the Black Samurai, who is an expert Swordsman, and has shown repeatedly in games that he knows how to shoot with a slingshot), Skilled in Driving (He once drove a plane to the Himalayas, and won a rigged race against him) and in Gymnastics (Daphne stated that he was the best gymnast in their school), Summoning (via magic cards), Shapeshifting (via magic vials given by witches), High Metabolism that always let them in top form, Can walk on water, Magic, Transmutation (Transformed Scooby and himself into a monster), Fire Manipulation (Can Breath Fire), Transformation into werewolf, Enhanced Senses (Due to being a werewolf), Reality Warping (See feats), Flight via rocket boots jetpack and wings, Invulnerability, Energy Beam, Super Strength, Large Size (Type 0), Resistance to Mind Manipulation (Was immune to hypnosis that affected everyone except for him and Scooby) and Fire Manipulation (Casually drove through a cave in fire without being affected by it).

Batman powers

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Master of Martial Arts, Master Detective, Stealth Mastery, Weapon Mastery, Hacking, Electricity Manipulation with Batsuit and Batarangs, Status Effect Inducement with tranquilizer darts, flashbangs, cape and tazer gu, Ice Manipulation with freeze rayand liquid nitrogen capsule, Explosion Manipulation with batarangs and batmobile, Resistance to sleep inductio, Intimidation, Master Interrogator, Strong Willpower, Expert Leader, Expert Social Intuit, Expert Criminologist, Vehicular Mastery, Expert Businessman, Expert Networker

These are very different powers.
 
Let me say how I think things will go on.

Batman will try to intimidate Shaggy, it works, but he eats the nanite scooby snacks that will give him a bunch of super powers.

He is scared, he don't want to be close of Batman, he uses something like Sonic Scream against him.

Batman is able to evade his attacks due to having more experience in fighting characters with that powers like his (Joker's laugh).

Shaggy uses his super speed to run away from Batman, and somehow goes back in time.

But he doesn't realize that he was screaming all the time while running away from Batman.

He is now on the day that Bruce Wayne parents died, his scream affects the bullet and now the supposed murderer of Bruce Wayne parents in this timeline killed Batman.

Shaggy is now scarred from life since he took the life of a child.

Shaggy runs back to his timeline only to see that everything changed.

Shaggy created the flashpoint universe.
 
Well, yeah.

In that case, Batman wont be intimidating Shaggy any time soon.

"I am batman."

"There are two ways this is going to end, punk.

One. You walk away, two. i walk on your face."

Shaggy seems to have the AP advantage but that really isnt new to Batman, he fights metahumans all the time

Inconclusive for now. Though I'm leaning towards shaggy atm
 
Then this is a stomp, Shaggy stomps Batman physically with that AP difference then throw in hax, perfect recipe for a stomp match
 
How is it even?

Batman doesnt have any hax and Shaggy even one shots

It wouldnt be a stomp if Batman has the AP advantage, but here he either gets one shot or gets haxxed to death due to how many abilities Shaggy has

I mean just in the example you wrote above, Batman gets paradoxed

Sorry, I cant see how this is an even match up if Shaggy can either just paradox batman or oneshot or kill him with the numerous abilities he possesses. While all batman can do is throw his batarangs, go hand to hand or use tranquilizer darts
 
Random incounter means it goes down to Hand to Hand combat

Shaggy no sells all of batmans punch then proceeds to one shot Batman. Or Shaggy uses duplication to beat up Batman. Or he goes invisible then one shot Batman. And Batman's projectiles gets countered by forcefield or gravitism manipulation

Seriously, what can Batman even do? unless you give Batman his plot armor, I dont see why this isnt a stomp?

Is just like Superman in the old movies.

He walks through such speed that he is able to travel through time
 
If it comes to hand to hand, (which it probably will), isn't Batman better hand to hand? I mean don't get me wrong Shaggy has some hand to hand but isn't Batman leagues above that? Ik that doesn't save you when you can get one punched but still. Also how does shaggy's invisibilty work? Also how can shaggy use Time Travel if speed is equalized?

Shaggy's invisibility makes him well... invisible to the common eye, I think he could be seen with equipment, Shaggy can use Time Travel due to the thing being affected by speed augmentation, which iirc, can be used to get an edge on its opponent.
 
I'm voting inconclusive. It is brain and skill vs brawn and pure power (Which I'm still surprised Shaggy is). Shaggy can one shot but I think it is harder than that. Batman has fought character that could oneshot him as well and he would maneuver around them, dodging their attacks, staying on the defensive till they opened up a weakness. But Shaggy has such a verity of powers it is like Batman Fight Amazo kinda. I don't know just seems close to me.
