So, I ran through some quick pixelscaling and calc'ed the Green Dragon's length at 61.3m, and also got a KE of 8-C+ (0.2 tons shy of baseline High 8-C) and a Transonicspeed for it. This scales to the Black Samurai, who fought a prime G.D, and clashed swords with it while it was dashing, and the majority of the result scales to Shaggy and Scooby.

Actually, he was a major character in the movie Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery, not a guest character in one episode like other people did

It is still just a guest appearance by a real world celebrity, and as such it does not seem appropriate. We do not use them for shows such as Family Guy or The Simpsons either.
