Shadya seems to have more of the advantages, but I just glanced at their profiles.

What are the Twin's advantages?

• Their shields work against invisible and intangible foes
• They can drain their opponents energy including life force
• They can sense invisible opponents
• They can telekinetically crush their enemies
• They can soul destroy
• They can find all weaknesses using TP
• They usually start of with TP

Does Shadya have resistance to being mindscrewed or soul ripped? She also has to deal with the fact that they can sense the minds of those close to them allowing them to know she is there despite her being invisible.

There's no resistance to mind manipulation really (She does have an above average will power after overcoming severe emotional distress), and no resistance to soul manipulation. She does have "Resistance to being seen in light spectrums, sensors and animals with a high quality sense of smell", and she moves with absolute silence.

Also, can she even be hit if she has far superior reactions?

Can her reactions save her from being instantly mindscrewed the instant she enters their range? Their telepathy allows her to be sensed once she enters their range. Even if she managed to hit them it would be deflected by their wards.

She could just poison them and/or slice their throat. If the attack is projectile based she can dodge it. If it's passive and immediately starts to affect her, she can just rush in for the kill.

She could also retreat and snipe with her pistol, from ranged based attacks, whittle down their shields and then finish them off from afar.

Their TP allows them to sense her before she uses her poison. She has no way of reaching them before she gets her mind shut down. And if she tries to retreat they can grab her with TK and drain her energy. In addition they have much greater AP so they can easily TK crush. Also their TP is always on so she won't be able to get clsoe to them at all.

What is her maximum range?

Hundreds of metres.

She has no way of reaching them before she gets her mind shut down. What's to say she can/can't.

Wrong, she has Large Building level durability.

You still haven't said how she'll reach them before being mind screwed considering it happens instantly once in their range. Her durability won't save her from being held in place and drained by the Twins. They have so many more options to win than she has.

Normally I don't comment in Versus Battles Thread thanks to some experience that involves NLF and ect,. That also include that one time when it was Midora vs HST.

Anyway if Shadya does not have mind resistance or any resistance to any of the Twins' hax, then I sided with the Twins.

Just because they can mind screw her, doesn't mean she dies instantly.

Also, you said that she can only be sensed. That only means that they know of her presence, not see her.

Once they sense her presence they can stop her by shutting down her mind. They don't need to see her to attack her. They can TK and drain just by sensing her.

@Colonel That depends on the methods to win. Also some form of mind manipulation doesn't necessarily require eye contact. One such such example of those that do need eye contact will be the fairies from the Artemis Fowl series is the fairies must make eye contact with ppl to mind control them.
