No. Just because he has hax, doesn't make it a stomp. Plus, he wouldn't use them in character right away. Vegeta can fly, so even if Shadow stops time, he still wouldn't be able to reach him if he was in the air.

Plus, Vegeta has interplanetary range while Shadow is thousands of kilometers. Vegeta can totally outsnipe him with Ki-Blasts.

Vegeta also has TK.

The amount of votes for shadow whose only reasons is hax says otherwise. Also chaos control can teleport the users, making vegeta's flight useless. This match would be sort of fair if the chaos force was restricted.

One Ki Blast is all he needs. He also has his dirty fireworks move which can make you explode. Which is in character.

Imo, all votes that say he wins by hax should be discarded, it has been already explained that they are useless in this battle.

But it is, because Chaos Control grants Space-Time hax, which destroys the usefulness of Flight. No matter what Vegeta does, Shadow can Warp to him, or worse. Ki blasts?! Ha! Shadow can do similar shit with Teleporting! And I don't think it's going to take long before he abuses Vegeta like a wife/husband who Burnt their spouse's dinner.
