They should be equal on almost all accounts since Lancelot is basically Shadow with pro-gamer skills with a sword. Though, Shadow has the wisps to abuse and can further increase his speed & power by taking off his inhibitors, using Chaos Boost, or Light Speed Attack.

Shadow can also BFR him with Chaos Rift or Void Wisp. He could also paralyze him with Chaos Spear, disarm him and beat him with his own sword.

I say Shadow takes this.

The wisps honestly shouldn't be standard equiptment.

Lancelot probably has more basic combat skill and even if he has wisps, their hardly in character for Shadow. However, Shadow has much more skill with Chaos Abilities, and uses them far more in character than Lancelot (Who didn't use them until his rematch with Sonic).

I'd say Shadow wins just due to how much lancelot holds back when he fights alone. Even Sonic, who was a rookie swordfighter at the time, was able to beat him due to his arrogance.
