This match heavely depends if Setsuna can evade Harunas weapons long enough , wich should be doable considering his flight and afterimages. Are all of GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser's weapons city level in nature? If not then it could be a really big problem for him as he would need to doge near danmaku level missile and photon cannons spam until he switches to his hard hitters. Not to forget that even if he evades a Corrosive Warhead, it can still hit him due to space locking a pretty big radius. Not to forget that theyre spamable in masses.

Due the new changes i would say Haruna low diffs now. Setsuna will need to bombard Haruna with everything he got, meanwhile HaruHaru just grace him with a single missile and oneshots him.
 
Klein fields can be focused to shield specific areas, so if Setsuna dosnt go for that in the get go then i dont see that happening, as he needs to suprise her with that attack.

Oh riser Stamina (or energy) is nearly limitless.

Hmmm can setsuna just flying around until All of Haruna ammo is out then make this incon?
 
I mean can Setsuna evade near constant, city big explosions and warheads that locks him spatialy and destroys him on a molecular level? + Anti aerial photon cannons that could damage Klein fields? a mere stray hit could oneshot him.
 
I mean speed equal + setsuna skill should make him be able to dodge almost all bullet and shoot down all and also dodge Missiles

Gn field should take care of stary bullets.

When haruna out of bullets........then nothing happen :p

Setsuna can't pen her shield and Haruna can't attack back.

Clairvoyance make chance of haruna surpise setsuna very low.

He still needs to evade explosions as big as entire citys. And Haruna actually dosnt use Bullets, her main weapons are missiles and Photon-cannons, that run on her energy supply.

As i mentioned before, they arent bullets and a single stray shot could litteraly oneshot him.

While its definitly only a temporal solution, Haruna could turn uneeded equipment and co into missiles and other weaponry so running out of ammo wont happen that fast.

She actually can lol. I totally forgot Her Super-Graviton Cannon. She can just traktor beam Setsuna into shooting range and one shot him.

Point, could be hard to hit that.
 
I am not saying this so Haruna can finally have a win

I mean if Setsuna goes for that telekill from the get go he could put Haruna down, the only reason he wont if he does that latter in the fight is bc Haruna at this point learned about his teleportation and can anticipate attacks like this.
 
Haruna for First Witch's reasons. She's tankier and smarter like Drakos said and she appears to have some really powerful equipment. So, Haruna FRA.

Smarter yes, but only on the book

She lack combat exp and setsuna has alot of them

But yeah she still win pretty easy if not stomp.

Btw, does Setsuna have any justification for him being 7-B? I didn't see any explanation about that in his profile.

Oh, and why is Haruna 8-B with weaker weapons when the description says at least Large Bulding level?
