Servants are capable of sensing the presence of other servants. I'm not sure if that extends to other spiritual beings. Either way, should all servants have Extrasensory Perception for that reason?

Is there any instance where a servant senses a non servant spiritual being? Like a ghost or something? If so yeah it should be fine, probably something in FGO.

IIRC in the very first missions in FGO where you get transported to another timeline, Mash senses those ghoul thingies. I don't know the details as I haven't played much FGO, but someone who has might confirm this.

As Scarlet pointed out, Servants in general are usually able to detect other magical energy signatures. While they're helped out by Dr. Roman in F/GO, most threats let out enough magical energy to be detected.
