I think Anderson is significantly faster and Seras will not survive bayonet spam.

Seras has better regen than Andy, actually. Unlike him, she can regenerate her entire limbs which were instantly blown off by The Captain.

The Cap is really suicidal so that win over him was luck plus she is just a step above normal vamp level so andersons holy pages and crap that irritated alucard will do full effect on seras its just common sense

She has almost the same stats as base Anderson(just look at their profiles), better regen, has the shadow form and can fly. So i see no good reason why he should win(just more experience isnt enough to make up for his disadvantages).
