Separating keys for Diavolo

The text only says Epitaph, "both" aims to nothing. Just saying.

I've slightly changed the P&A section and divided it into two keys.

We shouldn't allow restriction of Diavolo.

This is not restricting a transformation for Goku (which is a power he GAINS at a later date), this is restricting an inate soul and personality that have been with Doppio since birth.

If Doppio is attacked and it's warranted enough, Diavolo can take over. We've seen this a few times.

Restricting Diavolo is the same as restricting a power/ability that has been with Doppio forever. That's against the rules.
