Is she really a genius type? chershire devil *forgot his name* clearly state that is a manifestation... Of her thoughts and wishes... He even states that anti proton bombs aren't simple like that

Much like her death form's scythe... The weapon is represented by an anti proton bomb... Which she believes that its just a bomb... "A super bomb that destroys galaxies"

If anything she has just a very big imagination...

Its more likely that she just searched for anti proton bomb just because she heard you can make stuff with your mind and she remembered something from an anime

Even from how she describe it you can tell "It's a bomb... A super bomb"... Probably that

Its not "materialization".. Its "Manifestation" she doesn't need to know the components of the bomb, her thoughts and wishes are enough

For manifestation you have to have a high level of understanding of how something works, just knowing it's a big bomb that destroys galaxies wouldn't be enough, it would be no different from Saki knowing of a gun as a loud weapon that kills people. And you have to keep in mind she taught herself the workings of this bomb in a few days, which is even more impressive.

Like I said, She didn't manifested the anti proton bomb but rather her hopes and wishes...which turns into the form. Of an anti proton bomb.

But she is more likely just above average if not normal... She is a normal kid with family issues... The darkness inside her just made her more skillfull than normal

She didn't create a proton bomb from her intelligence but she created it from what she thought of it. Its a part of her "thoughts and wishes" manifestation

Just possibly high or above average... I'm just pointing that fact that there is a difference between making a APB by following all the physics rules in it and making an APB from your thoughts, with your own specifications. Azuma's Definition of APB is simplistic enough that almost everyone can think of it but the thing is they don't have the power like azuma to create an ultra complex device merely from sheer will power. Not even Utou whose inteligence is llisted as very high...

But even though she didnt make an APB by materialization/physics, we can't deny that she pursued the APB once she heard they can make weapons. That's the reason why she is possibly high

Its like Mimori's Giant errr Drill... While she knows how "Drill" works.. She probably doesn't know how the specifications of that giant "Drill" physics and she is listed as low intelligence... Its because of Manifestation

The only reason why azuma's APB is so potent is because she manifested her wishes and thoughts... Not a certain emotion like lust, with wish and thoughts manifested, Azuma can freely think and manifest of everything she "wants"
