So Seigehart should get
get “Accelerated Development” via being able to grow stronger in the midst of battle even surpassing Haja the strongest member of the seis and had infinite magic power
Seigehart should also get “Mind Reading” as he was able to effortlessly read Miltz mind Link Link

Seigehart should get “Statistics Amplification” via the seal of power which is a magic spell that allows Seigehart to temporarily gain an increase in magic power which allowed him to go from being equal to 1 of the seis to being able to damage 4 of them with one attackLink

Seigehart should get “Barrier Creation” Link

First link is ok, though increasing your power in the midst of battle is Reactive Power Level.
The scan doesn't show him reading Miltz's mind.

Stats Amp and Barriers are good.

thanks I just noticed the Accelerated development pages mentioned to go to reactive power level for this type of situation

And I added the link(o could have sworn I did earlier) of Miltz mentioning how his mind was read so easily by Seigehart
