Seeing Light as frozen is FTL, FTL+, MFTL or MFTL+

Since we have characters who are MFTL for seeing a lightning bolt as frozen I'd assume seeing actual light as frozen would be MFTL+

We have a thread discussing the snail calculation method and it assuming 5000x multipliers as a result, which Matt stepped in and also made some critics on the method. At least, I would consider it "At least FTL", but I prefer if we actually have a solid visual of someone moving compared to how fast light or the projectile moved.
