Seath's regen

Ok so I just know tried to downgrade mid Regenerationn across the board. I failed, but I know have a clear definition of what counts as mid Regenerationn. Pretty much Seath really doesn't need that "low mid, possibly" on his profile. Apparently being stabbed in the head by arrows is enough to qualify and Seath already has vastly better regen than someone with low mid. The only why it was there was because I thought majority of you head has to be destroyed for it but no only parts of your brain count and Seath definitely would suffer enough damage from a great bow to qualify.
