Why are the 2 types of Sealing listed not named other abilities like how Madness Manipulation or Immortality name the different types of applications of it, the 2nd type of sealing also seems to just be a form of Power Nullification.
 
Power nullification is directly nullifying an ability.

The 2nd type of sealing would lock what it seals and preventing it from being used as it's sealed.

Nullifying would still make the user able to use the ability again but sealing it prevents it completely.
