Scrooge McDuck VS The Mask

Well it's hard to say since Scrooge has some hax Like the Omnisolve and his anti guns to affect Mask but Mask does seem really haxy and toonforce as well so he could regen from the omnisolve but not sure he can counter the guns and Scrooge might have more skill in combat as well so I might have to think about this one more for a bit but for now I'll give this to Scrooge via skill and having some hax I don't think Mask can counter

Depends on what gets used. Even in the older comics, he can regenerate pretty fast, coming back from having his entire brain blown outside of his head in a matter of moments, regenerating from having all of his skin blown off by one of his own bombs, almost instantly healing from having his chest caved open, and only taking a couple of hours to regen from nothing but a puddle of gore. Omnisolve also works extremely fast though, so it might be able to outpace his regen speed. Maybe.

That said, regen isn't the only major thing he can do in a fight, so there's a matter of whether or not Scrooge is capable of dealing with his other abilities. (Which may be the case, but I can't remember)
 
If that's so... I may go with Scrooge. I say he has some pretty good advantages in battle, has numerous experiance, has a lot of toony aspects to him wheather it be on his own or with weaponry, and has a decent amount of hax.

That, and Scrooge's durability is probably more destructive. (Wheather it be Small Building level or not, since I believe Scrooge has higher dura.)
 
I can count that for now, I suppose.

Should be asked though: with no prior knowledge, is there any likelihood of Scrooge using Omnisolve right from the beginning? Because Big Head tends to use just about all of his combat-applicable powers in his fights.
 
I'll vote the mask because of his supirior toonforce,his survivability and the fact fact that doesn't need weapons for any of his abilities(except electricity and magnetism manipulation)
 
Technically he doesn't even have the magnetism manip in his 9-A key, as he's only shown using the giant magnet after the original storyline ended.

Regardless though, I'll count that as a vote.
 
i had a question about the mask.In his new key he has immortaily type 2.Doesn't he use Regenerationn anylonger or something?
 
No, he still has regen. It's just that in the later installments, he's capable of staying alive as nothing but a head on top of that. (Which warrants Type 2)

The Omnisolve ignores durability. Regenerationn occurs usally when striking desutrction is made towards a certain person or thing.
 
Omnisolve ignores durability by dissolving whatever it touches. It ca negate Mask's regen by way of dissolving his entire body, but it won't just "not let it activate" to begin with.
 
Well, Mask's regen in the comics is inconsistent sometimes, albeit less so in the original three installments than in later ones. In some, he can regen almost immediately, and fast enough that he can just ignore most forms of damage. In others, it takes a few moments just for him to regen from having his chest blown open.

Omnisolve probably works much faster than Mask's regen in his first three stories, though. IIRC, in the one comic it appeared in, it managed to eat its way towards the center of the Earth in a matter of minutes, which is a lot faster than I can remember Big Head's regen ever acting in the initial storyline. If this were High 8-C Mask, it'd be a much different story though.
 
Hmm. A battle between a serial killer with toon force against an actual cartoon? Im voting for scrooge as well. Scrooge tend to pretty muchbdecimate him in the powers and stats aspects. The Mask's pwoers tend to be bloody parodies of cartoon powers while it is Scrooge who has actual cartoon abilities and powerful hax to boot.
 
Scrooge's toonforce is really weak compared to the mask's toonforce.Scrooge's hax come from weapons that aren't even standart equiqment and would need preparation to use them.Scrooge is skilled and expirienced,but is a good fighter too and unpredictable.Has anybody thought about the mask could transmute Scrooge's weapons?
