3125 is somehow comparable to the lower elder gods like the hanged king, mekhane, and yaldabaoth, which in turn get stomped by SK, and SK being able to kill 3125 in a multiversal war. Also the library being big enough to not get affected by 3125 in the time it entering reality.
So, 3125 = lower elder gods =< the library < SK =< Deaths & Isabel < the High Elder Gods < the All-Mighty
And The Absence being able to kill Isabel with relatively easy could be at least on the level of HEG
