Low 5-B UBU. Frieza Saga Piccolo without Nail fusion. Speed is equalized.

SCP-UBU spawns in Kangaatsiaq, Greenland. Piccolo is outside of the limits of the town and has been waiting for UBU to spawn for around an hour. Piccolo simply knows a strong monster will spawn there. UBU knows nothing.

So is Piccolo's dimensional travel/space in this key (Against Spatial Sealing)? UBU can remove his abilities of him and render him only to use his natural ones.

Piccolo starts with dodging and UBU is acrobatic though don't know to what extreme
Piccolo is a martial artist here while UBU had fought 076 who's more skilled
Piccolo has combat-applicable regen
UBU has a very marginal AP advantage
Piccolo can turn into a giant but UBU has fought went against SCP-169 & SCP-3000

When UBU realizes that its opponent is hard to reach as Piccolo might fly away, it will scream causing the bonds between him to disintegrate.

depending how SCP-UBU acts. If he ***** around too much, Piccolo might be smart enough to tie him up with his arm and fire a Special Beam Cannon at him.

Or SCP-UBU can end it quickly by slapping him and killing him easily. Not even SCP-682 despite all of his regen and immortality survived it.

BTW, would UBU's passive effect/death manip make Piccolo immortal techinally or nah?

UBU's aura would affect him, yeah.

Though realistically if UBU is aware that Piccolo can seriously harm him, he might either opt for the killing slap immediately or at the very least would try and incapacitate him if he gets the chance.

I'd say that UBU is more skilled as of fighting 076 so it'd have that edge over Piccolo, though the wincon of Piccolo trapping it would be viable enough.

Also that 15x AP advantage though

UBU is not as skilled as SCP-076, no. Being a 6-B/Low 5-B killing off a 9-A isn't a skill feat with no elaboration.

Also the AP gap isn't 15. At least it shouldn't be. Piccolo massively upscales from baseline Moon level in this key.

I think if UBU screws around lot. Piccolo can finish him before UBU can end it quickly plus the intellectual advantage. I lend towards Piccolo winning.

By screwing around it'll likely scream causing the effect to happen to Piccolo.

I mean... isn't that worse for UBU though? It's a 6-B/Low 5-B fighting and potentially failing to beat a 9-A. Feels more like a feat for 076 rather than a feat for UBU

By your logic, all 9-A's interconnected would be 6-A/Low 5-B, it's most likely UBU toying with Able as its main persona of a sadistic torturer, hence Able screams afterward.

Then that still isn't exactly a skill feat, that's just him toying with 076 before killing him.

UBU would still hold a skill advantage regardless, and it isn't all its done, especially adding to its acrobatics.

Without what? UBU is capable of fighting, and would only use its abilities after about hundreds of years afterward, yet it used its abilities against Atanti.

Oh I meant without the 076 feat since you said he'd still have the skill advantage regardless. I was just asking for other skill feats

Alright then combat aside, I'd be more leaning to contend that once UBU screams then Piccolo disintegrates, as UBU is extremely resistant to antimatter weaponry and has a way higher range of attack.
