Stalemate. Kharn has no way to kill 682 but Khorne will just bring Kharn back if he dies.

Does Khorne deem regen as unfair? If not, then inconclusive as 682 has Mid-Godly regen, and I doubt any of 682's hax would be deemed fair.
Although I don't know if 682 can just adapt to get physically stronger and just pummel Kharn.

Inconclusive, neither can permanently kill the other, 682 due to his regen and Kharn due to his immortality.

Khorne own his soul so destroying Kharn soul probably can do it since emperor can kill Horus despite him being boosted by four chaos god.

Also, stalemate. Khorne has nothing against regen, as Kharn himself has it, although to a lesser degree. Khorne hates sorcery and psychic powers, not physical might.
