This battle can't be really judged only by stats. You need to look at their powers. Both are extremely adaptative creatures that have extreme Regenerationn. Plus, if we count all feats, SCP-682 is Star Level.

On both profiles, the match was concluded almost a year ago. Although, it may be outdated now since it was made right when 682 got a profile and doesnt include any of the abilities that were added afterwards.
