Scorpion (Mortal Kombat) VS Cinder (Killer Instinct)

Since both are even I'll give this to Scorpion via martial arts and Netherrealm BFR and being immune to this level of fire
 
I think it's close. Because you know, Scorpion has skills and some hax but Cinder is beast, has better pyrokinesis and and some neat tricks.
