Something to establish, I think Cinner’s Power Nullification should work on Naruto’s chakra attacks. Ki is physical/bodily energy while chakra is physical energy and spiritual energy in one. That’s partly while I’m letting Naruto have his uncharged Tailed Beast Bomb since there’s a chance Cinner could mitigate its effects and avoid the full brunt of it.

Alright so, to start with, Cinner has a considerable physical AP advantage over Naruto which coupled with his analytical prediction and seemingly comparable skill would let him overwhelm naruto should they enter physical combat. That being said, Naruto does have Resistance to extreme heat with his chakra cloaks being able to endure Amaterasu's heat which is directly compared to the Sun's heat so that would really handicap Cinner's main power

Looking at it, Amateratsu seems to be around 10000 Fahrenheit going off the sun’s surface. That seems most consistent since the sun’s core is way too hot for anybody to resist it while also being susceptible to fireballs. So Cinner may still have a good 5x heat Naruto can take, but less range.

5x heat is still fairly powerful heat so that would help him overcome Naruto's resistance. Now Cinner's only problem is really the tailed beast bomb which is about 6x more powerful than his Durability which while he may be able to tank it would leave him badly injured, but as stated above by yourself Cinner could possibly manage to power it down enough as to not receive such damage

Right, there’s also the temporary 2x stat amp when using Kaint’s Katana. Though that’s a lesser piece of his arsenal compared to Lifeline. I do think Rasenshuriken is also a threat with Naruto’s durability and regeneration negation which could prove deadly if Cinner doesn’t avoid it.

True, although Naruto's regen negation seems very limited as it didn't really stop the guy from regenerating, it would simply taking longer to do so

I forgot about Cinner’s air manipulation. His aura could pull in Naruto and his clones rather easily with the LS difference if he’s in range which he can get into better by pushing off of the air. Naruto has his emotion detection to better match Cinner’s own enhanced senses, but he could still be in dangerous territory if he doesn’t land long range soon enough.

I think i'll be voting for Cinner, Naruto's only real trump card is his tail beast bomb, but it can be power down by Cinner and the latter can not only bypass his resistance to extreme heat, but also break Naruto's range advantage and force him into a physical confrontation where he's physically weaker and where Cinner can abuse his analytical prediction

I’ll vote Cinner FRA. Naruto’s best strategy would be overwhelming him, but Cinner’s aura and mobility would throw that off before he’s hit with anything that could potentially kill him.
