I'm sorry, but I've wondered about The Weapon of Celestials. I've been searching for the scan " The Weapon=UN stated by Galactus" for weeks, but there're nothing. Can you provide me some, or at least which comic it's in? Thanks

I also do not remember this. I think that it is a leftover mention from several years ago, before we started to improve on this wiki.

They were strictly stated to create a collection of universes. I do not remotely have the impression that they are of such a ridiculously high level of transcendent infinity.
