@Weekly Hmmmm if what you said is true, then that means it is higher than 10-B to I think within the range of Tier 9s.

Scaling Fossil Pokemon

Yes definitely within the range of Tier 9s in this case, @Weekly. I suppose that is acceptable.

They explicitly show that in a move, Aerodactly is superior to the other fossil pokemon. That being said, this would only apply to the pokemon up to (I think) gen 3.
Reason being is that in one certain move featuring Latios/Latias (I forgot the name), you get to see various Fossil pokemon running around, then they all sense something and GTFO of there before Aerodactly comes through. It's shown that it was supreme, but only for the pokemon that were there.
Wouldn't apply to anything that came after that gen, because it never showed something like Tyrantrum. Also, logic. (Tyrantrum used Head Smash! / Aurous used Ice Beam!)
