Izuru takes this. Sasuke's Sharingan would be the only help for him in this one, and i don't think that Sasuke would kick out of Izuru's vast amounts of hax. Even if he is resistant to mind and perception manipulation, Izuru's other hax abilities can trump him by time.

Izuru's luck is one of the main factors for him to win. Not to mention that he has many ways to take down Sasuke, and his Super Murder Mimicry talent would allow him to copy Sasuke's ways of killing and making it stronger by a high bargain.
