If Deidara(7-B) stated that Sasori is stronger than him, why is Sasori only 8-A and not 7-B via powerscaling?

Sasori upgrade

I support an upgrade since Sasori apparently killed the third Kazekage who is noted to be the strongest Kazekage the village had ever seen pre kazekage Gaara. This must mean he's at least in the same league as Gaara's father who is rated as 7B. An at least high 7C rating does seem justified as he only lost to Chiyo in the end due to bad writing and plot

Deidara is Small city level with C4 bomb (which is a suicide technique), and town level with C3 bomb. Sasori doesn't remotely have any jutsu to match Deidara's AP. Also, Deidara respected Sasori a lot
Anyway, Sasori got beaten by Sakura and Chiyo who were no more than 8-A at that point, so Sasori's tier is fine. No upgrade is required
