Stomp, Jack Noir is only 2-A with the Red Miles and even then it doesn't extend to his durability. Sargeras is also Immeasurable to Jack's MFTL+ and Infinite attack speed with the Red Miles, so it's a speed blitz in Sargeras' favor.

i'd go with sargeras for reasons above
