Siren Head's only wincons seem to be the zombie army and their "reality breaking aura"
Siren Head's whole thing of camouflage and busted stealth mastery is negated by the fact that they're in Central Park and start out in the open
Central Park does have quite a few people visiting at any period of time, but Sans can just wipe the horde with Gaster Blasters
Technology Manip does squat even if you consider GBs technology with how garbage the level of it is
"Reality Breaking Aura" really makes or breaks this match, because depending on how busted this is, this can go from a stomp for Sans to a stomp for Siren Head

iirc its not even that combat applicable, its more like bad luck than it is scp-682's reality-shattering barrier he makes in self-defense.

Then it's a stomp for Sans. Sans literally uses his opening move and pancakes Siren Head. The only argument you could possibly make for Siren Head is that it can hide via the trees around Central Park, but that would just lead to an incon because it would get pancaked the moment it steps out and Sans sees it
