Ness has means of recovery, Ness hasn't been confirmed to directly kill anyone meaning Sans loses KR bonus, Ness has PK Rockin' which in games hits the opponent reguardless of their placement, and Sans has never dealt with anything or anyone like Ness as he has PSI abillites not just physical attacks. On the flip-side Ness has fought eneimes that can teleport like Sans (EX: Starmen) and landed hits easily on them. Also Ness has guts which gives him the ability to survive an otherwise fatal attack.I give it to Ness for round 1.

Round 2 is a stomp... It's basically round 1 but all the problems Sans has to deal with is compounded.
