According to Darkseid's page, his Omega Beams can knock Superman unconscious, seeing how low Sans' defence is, if one of those things hits him, he is done, and they're not very easy to dodge.

This is a stomp in Darkseid's favor. Sure, Sans is fast, but he ain't dodging Darkseid's attacks. There's a reason why he's one of the DC universe's biggest threats.

It is mostly a decision of who attacks first. Sans can deal massive KR. Omega Beams will wipe out Sans, unless gaster blasters block them or he could make a shield wall of bones off some sort.

Technically, the only thing that happened to Chara's stats after Sans' fight is that Chara went from "LV: 19" to "LV:20", and I find it hard to believe that 1 LV would make them infinite times more powerful than they were before, but you believe in whatever you want.
