Sans vs Cell

Wait, does Cell even have a soul? Even if he does, I still give this to Cell via blinding with Solar Flare, duplication, teleportation and Low-High regen, all of which will be useful if Sans starts to give him some trouble.

1. We assume a character has a soul unless stated otherwise or they are a robot.

2. Regen won't do anything to damage done to the soul.

3. Is it in character for him to start with that because I seriously doubt that Cell could survive very long against all of Sans hax.

I wasn't aware of this, thanks for informing me. With this info on mind, I change my vote to Sans. While Cell's abilities would give him the win if he found the right moment to use them, He'd definitely let Sans go first due to his arrogance. In which case, Soul Manipulation and Karmic Retribution would absolutely destroy Cell, who willingly killed thousands of people across two timelines for his own benefit. By the time Cell realizes his mistake, he'd already be dead.

Check sans's page. Kill count has nothing to do with how strong KARMA is it's just a soul poison. It works the same on everybody.

Oh, I was under the impression that KR increases in strength based off of amount of kills, my mistake. My vote stays the smae, either way.
