I'm not familiar with Akazukin, but going by the profile, I think I'll go with inconclusive, since she "destroyed a world", KR would hit hard, and Sans also has the speed advantage, since he could keep up with a MHS+, but that Type 9 Immortality, Power Nullification and Low-Godly Regen tho.

Well SOUL damage hits the "culmination of one's being" so it is possible it could actually hit the bit of her that gives her immortality and regen... but overall, I'll go with Akazukin for other reasons above
