Sans (Undertale) vs Nataku (Hoshin Engi)

Wanted to see how Sans works, also wanted more attention for Hoshin Engi so I killed two birds with one stone

I don't really see how this is different from putting Sans against any MHS+ or lower character without major hax.

It's pretty much "Sans spams the teleports and Blue Soul to death".

At least MHS+. Let's just say he is much faster than someone who fodderize MHS+ people. Even with speed Equalized, as I said, there is nothing that stops Sans from spamming-the-teleports-into-laser trick to kill Nataku easily, even without KR.

One problem I see is KR and how it works


I don't think saying it just insta-wins is right since Chara's sins are on a whole other level

Yeah and Sans empties Chara's life bar in seconds if direct contact is kept, even WITHOUT KR. Yeah it may take longer but there is little Nataku can do against being spam-teleported into lasers most likely faster than himself as far as I know.

I'm not arguing it's a stomp. Just that if Sans wins against him, he would win against most opponent of this speed and who lack Hax. So it's not a Notable Victory at all imo.

Errr, I'm pretty sure all of Sans' attacks are durability-bypassing KR attacks from what I played of the game since it's his big schtick

His attacks strike physically, spiritually (the soul), and have KR.

So he isn't 100% reliant on KR.

KR = The Purple Poison. Sans is capable of heavily damaging Chara even without it, as not only does KR only act as a bonus more than anything, but he has shown being capable of damaging Chara perioud, without it at all.

Even then, the idea that Lower Sins = Less Damage wasn't even shown in Canon.

Not saying Sans wins/loses but I don't see how he isn't KR incarnate (Especially when hes listed as way weaker and way less durable than Chara, clearly meaning hes reliant on KR to bypass endurance)

He attacks the SOUL, which is, you know, bypassing durability as well.

Go watch the fight again. Weather you like it or not, KR is just the little poison. And he clearly doesn't rely solely on that.
