Link stops time, but Kirby can move in frozen time and kills him, and then kills Samus who's still frozen. The End.

I don't think Link's time stop works like that if I remember correctly (assuming it's botw)

The only time stop that does that is the hourglass, which is only like one out of a hundred of stuff Link has. So it's up in the air on what he starts with.
