Sam has the advantage of unpredictability tanks to her gadgets, and the fact that Peridot underestimates many opponents doesn't help it in this case

you know what, it doesn't matter if peridot has the robonoids or not, sansung artificial intelligence (SAM) gadgeds are very varied and have several hax to help it, peridot's only chance and its tractor beam (which is capable of immobilizing opponents who get caught in it as seen against Perl, or getting rid of Sam's Compowder, but until she realizes she has to do that would be too late, especially since peridot prefers to avoid direct combat and it would be difficult for her to set traps right away being in a place she doesn't know right and equalized speed (I'd put them in the kindergarten to give Peridot more chance) so I vote for sam

Sam still has a lot of gadgets that have hax like freezing, plus he just needs to break Peridot's limb extenders to incapacitate her

Gems can withstand the cold of space for weeks and Peridot’s limb enhancers have the same dura as her, so they’re not being broken

Peridot also has an ~18x AP advantage since Sam is baseline, so she can just one-shot
