Geez, they're both ridiculously skilled.
Okita's tuberculosis may or may not trigger, but if it does, it'll cripple her.
But Jack has no way of stopping her Avidya Three-Stage Thrust since it screws causality to pierce through everything beyond the physical level.

@Repp Yeah they're some of the best at what they do.
That's also true, but he does have the advantage of being able to use stealth and avoid her if he gets into trouble.
