Sakamoto Rel speed upgrade

So actually I have been calced this feat. But when I ask DMUA to evaluate, he say:
"This seems to have a pretty evident physical impact given the "bam" and the fact he seems to be shoved upright when they're hit in the back, which violates our standards directly"

Do y'all know whats the meaning? My English is bad tbh, so I need your help to answer this

I don’t see the problem with the impact. Light is energy after all.

It meets the standards listed here.

What results did you get in your calc?

Is the problem that the light can have a physical impact, so it does not meet the light standards that have been implemented?

Yeah, pretty much. Refer to this

If it comes out as a laser cutter, it should cut, not flatly impact. Even if some stuff does apply, having light do non-light stuff like this is an instant disqualification (unless there's an explicit reason for it like Legend having such fine control that he can both bend his lasers and have them travel at the speed of light by overt statement)

There is a little bit of leeway since I've heard it's theoretically possible for a laser to have force, but that would require it to be in excess of City Block level (and that's a little iffy anyhow)
