Saitama vs Naruto

basically this how it goes down Naruto cannot punch a giant whole in a mountain at his base while saitama can. Naruto is not faster than because saitama came from the moon back to the earth in seconds after boros kicked him out of orbit, that is massively FTL. Naruto is faster than fourth hokage but honestly he isn't that fast and he is faster than light the only thing Naruto has is his regen and that doesnt do much just look at the sasuke fight.

we cant assume his leap is 1%. it could be less...could be more. we just know its casual
