I have to agree with everyone here, Medaka wins by hax stomp. Encounter + All Fiction alone already make it impossible for Saitama to win this.

Why is this even a fight here, y'all? Medaka at her most powerful is too freaking hax'd for Saitama for him to even stand a chance here. The fact that Ant even agrees that Medaka wins this pretty much shows that this is a stomp here.
