How does Saitama get past Mid-High regen?

Iblis and Saitama scale to the same feat, although the latter is casual.

Okay well....Saitama would have to attack the weak point for the OHKO, but anywhere else is useless cause of the ridiculous regen.

So now it may come down as to when Saitama realizes the weak point before Iblis does him in.
