Since Saitama can see and interact with souls now, he can fight quincies

Speed equalized

Saitama at current key while Askin at base

Fight takes place in Z city (Saitama's home)

LORE:
Yhwach has ordered Askin to steal a box full of coupons in order to save funds for the Quincy army. Askin then headed out to a seemingly abandoned building in an empty city. There he found the stash loot and went outside, hoping for a promotion for his fast performance. But right outside of the building, he sees a roundy figurehead demanding Askin to drop the coupon stash. It's Saitama, and he want it back after the long effort of collecting the coupons around the city. And Saitama has to beat Askin as fast as possible or else the market bargain sale will end before Saitama managed to redeem all of it

Saitama: @Catbowtie, @MrTayman616, @Recon1511, @Arkansalter2, @Crobatman44, @Farfetchedx, @Damage3245, @Epiccheev, @Kachon123, @Entity, @EnderLord8, @Raiden38
Askin: @AigerTheKing, @SuperSonicTL, @Johner2133451, @Im_Fire444, @Eden_Warlock99, @CastoriceTheFifth

Since, the speed is equalized, the match up is interesting.
Askin will have time to analyze and create a lethal dose that can be used against Saitama. Askin needs to stall Saitama for sometime for lethal dose when he completes it can be used against Saitama and Askin can win because of his hax but if Saitama serioius punch before Askin could make lethal dose then I would say Saitama.

It depends imo

I think Askin can stall by running away, like he did against Grim and Ichigo. Considering Saitama's character, he would also chase Askin around

Saitama will most def try to chase Askin around however from what I'm seeing, it would be hard for Askin to catch up.
Askin better hope that Saitama doesn't sneeze, do anything with shockwaves, or anything.

Well fight takes place in a crowded city so I dont think Saitama would start mass murder in character

So I guess first question is if Saitama can see Askin.
I suppose he was able to see entities inside the astral world so, I’d assume yes.

It's accepted in his profile
  • Enhanced Senses (He possesses a supernatural hearing, being able to hear chatter from bystanders a good distance away even while fighting monsters. He could hear and see Child Emperor and Phoenix Man's spirits, being able to find them from outside the Phoenix Space)

I mean depends on the city I guess, if it’s one full of nothing but criminals I imagine Saitama would be fine just punching with huge AOE and one-shotting.

Would Saitama kill humans? Pretty sure only monsters

The city itself would be like your standard new york

If Saitama generally don't really try going after his character and let his opponent attack him, I think Askin throws Gift Ball and GGs. Or he expands his Death Dealing on the floor tho Saitama may dodge

The city and the people make Saitama not show the strength he always had, and hold back in the fight.

It is difficult to comment.

Just bc there are people doesn't mean they are interfering lol. They are not concerned about what Askin or Saitama are doing, and at best would run away if they start getting slain
If their being there limits what Saitama will do then yes, it is interfering

If by staying there they are limiting what one character can do then they are influencing the outcome of the fight, thus it goes against the rules of SBA
SBA never mentions this? Locations is only for the advantage is too great like pitting both characters in space where one can breathe and other doesn't. Locations are fine as long they dont make the match a stomp

Nah he's right, there is rules for this

Outside Influence: None. No characters of either verse, aside from those participating in the battle, may influence the outcome of the battle in any way. That means they may not join the fight, grant buffs, create shields, provide information etc. Exceptions are things like blessings, calling upon some higher entities power for a spell, summoning familiars to battle for them, having another character as equipment or more generally spoken the things which are listed on the profile as part of a characters own powers and abilities.

It mentions join the fight against either characters. Normally civilians dont do that

Also here regarding Locations:

Location: Central Park, New York City. The location can be left during the course of battle. If extreme advantages are generated via this location to one side, a balanced alternative should be discussed in the thread.

The advantages aren't extreme to the point the match became a stomp

Why would the crowd affect Saitama here? Would they act in a way that would interrupt him? Is Askin too destructive and would attack the civilians?

That makes it way too easy for Askin to kill Saitama, better just to leave the place empty, its a more interesting fight anyways

In that case, Gift Bad will likely flop if Saitama just jump off ground but Gift Ball will work if Saitama hits it (or if it touches Saitama). What can Saitama do to defend himself other than punching Askin?

Put them in front a comically large box containing all of the coupons in the world. It will be destroyed if Saitama "massnukes."

Can u send proof Saitama holds back when innoncent people are around
I mean, being a hero is kind of his job, as shown in the very first chapter with vaccine man and the second fight against Sonic he actively saves civilians and the damage he does to people is usually due to something he didn't think about, like with the giant falling on the city and the meteor, he is never shown holding back because of civilians because even holding back he just one punches the monsters, only time he almost killed everyone is when Genos died
It mentions join the fight against either characters. Normally civilians dont do that
It says that no one can influence the outcome, if due to the civilians Saitama holds back against Askin then they are influencing the fight

Then it's fine but the city would be the place where Saitama lived canonly, so he still wont mass nuke or something
he lives in a phantom city where no one lives, just to kill a monster he made a hole through multiple buildings, unless it is his house he doesn't really care about buildings

Saitama can sense and understand the intent of an attack, how dangerous it is etc.

Saitama doesn't hold back when there are civilians(he always holds back yet one shots, so i wouldn't say it's because of the civilians)

He fought with Tatsumaki and they were many destroyed buildings, he didn't want it to happen yet his only answer for the broken buildings is "you can send the bill to her".

How strong is Askin's ability?
