Why? Just because we've seen him never lose or end fights with one punch doesn't mean. He's that strong. I could say the Ramen Guy in Naruto is Tier 0 because we've never seen him show any power.

In OPM breaking limits doesn't make you omnipotent. Multiple characters break their limits but can get stronger. At the very least change the "form" to "Joke" or "wanked". In Marvel and DC universes are infinite, and there are characters who can destroy that infinite. And destroying infinite is infinite, which logically should be 0.
